SWIMSUITS
- May 16, 5 pm D&J sports will be at practice for suit sizing & purchase. Some sizes may run out early. If this happens, the size you need may be able to be ordered.
- Swimsuits are provided by D&J Sports and your checks should be made out to them. You will not be able to charge the suit to your club account. If you are not able to purchase the suit at practice, you may purchase directly from D&J Sports. Let them know you are with Fair Oaks Ranch Sharks.

- Remember that competition suits are supposed to be tight so that they are as streamlined as possible.
CAPS
- Any swim Cap can be worn at swim team practice
- The TEAM CAP is MANDATORY at swim meets if you wear one to race
- Team cap is green with black writing and can be purchased at the FORCC Tennis shop
- It is highly recommend to wear one at meets to increase your speed.
- Caps will last longer and remain in better condition if properly cared for. When removing cap, dry as well as you can, inside and out, with a towel. Then set to dry on top of something that will hold it open, such as a water bottle. When the cap is dry on the inside, sprinkle a light dusting of baby powder or cornstarch inside and rub it around. This will prevent sticking and keep it like new. Also keep latex caps out of the sun when not being worn.
GOGGLES
- Swimmers must have goggles, but there is no particular team goggle that is required to be purchased.
- Racing style goggles with one piece frames and tinted lenses are recommended for comfort, fit and performance in our outdoor meets. These are available at Target, Academy, and many other locations.
